Elena Lavigne, CPA

 Elena Lavigne is a CPA with over twenty years experience in accounting . Prior to starting her own firm, Elena worked in public accounting for several years with another local CPA firm. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she worked for the State of Louisiana as a bank examiner and legislative auditor.  Elena is also commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Louisiana.  In 2017, Elena completed the Financial Coach Master Training with Ramsey Financial Solutions.  She is also a graduate of the Leadership Livingston class 2020-2021.
Elena lives in Walker with her husband, Thadd who is a Nurse Practitioner at North Oaks. They have 2 children, Lucas and Reagan, and are members of Live Oak Baptist Church.  Elena also serves as Treasurer for the Eastern Louisiana Baptist Association and Baton Rouge Opera Guild.

 Heather G. Pitarro, is a CPA at Elena Lavigne, CPA, LLC and has more than 24 years of experience in healthcare finance, physician practice management and public accounting.  Heather is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration.  Prior to joining the firm, Heather served as a manager at a Baton Rouge firm and a regional director for a local health system for more than nine years.  She began her career as an auditor in public accounting and uses her experience in public accounting, reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, labor management, charge master review, and business advisory services to apply a high level of service to her clients.
Heather is a former president of the Rotary Club of Livingston Parish.  She is also a graduate of the Leadership Livingston class of 2013-2014.
Heather resides in Walker, Louisiana with her spouse, Scott Pitarro, who is a Physical Therapist.  They have two children Ava and Rhett. They are also members of Immaculate Conception Church in Denham Springs.
